Adriana Linares
Adriana is a legal technology consultant and trainer, and President of LawTech Partners, based in Orlando, Florida. Prior to launching LawTech Partners, she managed firm-wide training programs and technology development initiatives in two of Florida’s largest law firms. With LawTech Partners, she delivers training and "tech therapy" sessions for firms of all sizes nationwide.
Adriana is a frequent speaker at
national technology conferences and a regular contributor to nationally
distributed legal and business magazines, newsletters, and web publications.
Having served two years on the Planning Board for
ABA TECHSHOW, today Adriana
Chairs the Technology Core Group of the
Law Practice Management
Section of the ABA and serves as the editor for
TechnoLawyer's
Blawgworld.
Based out of Orlando, Adriana travels the country and abroad working with law firms of all sizes and types. Adriana graduated from Stetson University with a B.A. in Geography and earned her M.A. in Corporate Communication and Technology from Rollins College. She speaks and trains in English and Spanish.
Ray Morgovan
Ray Morgovan is a successful project manager providing expertise in training development, skills assessment, software training, and software upgrades to law firms and in-house legal departments.
In 2007 Ray created J.D. Toolbox offering workshops to law students teaching critical skills which are necessary in today’s law office, providing a greater foundation for professional and personal success. Since 1996 Ray has consulted with law firms to evaluate and determine the best approach to integrating new software and template development, and advise as to the most effective way of implementing software upgrades and training.
Previously, Ray was Director of Placement and Alumni Services for Heald Colleges, and produced annual educational conferences exploring different teaching modalities as they pertain to adult education. Additionally, Ray created the Heald Planner for Students©, a time management system assuring student success in school and beyond. Ray has been a presenter at ABA TECHSHOW, the leading legal technology conference, and serves on the Technology Core Group of the ABA Law Practice Management Section.
Ray splits his home bases between Palm Springs and San Francisco but happily travels across the country to work with companies, law firms and law schools.
anja.rej 
anja.rej is a consultant, trainer and work life coach, based in Orlando, Florida. Prior to becoming an associate at LawTech Partners, she managed a team of professionals delivering applications and technology solutions at one of the largest law firms in the state of Florida. As Director of Technology Services, she was responsible for managing multiple technology projects and coordinating operating system and application upgrades across the enterprise. She specializes in matching legal applications with various practice group needs, organizing and delivering information and solutions, and negotiating vendor and consulting contracts for goods and services.
At LawTech Partners, anja.rej’s focus is on helping law firms to align their technology with the firm’s business goals. This is accomplished by understanding the organization’s core business, auditing existing technologies, analyzing business procedures and workflow, making recommendations for and implementing new technologies. In addition to assisting organizations in restructuring their internal operations, anja.rej works with executives and professionals in developing a holistic approach to maintaining a positive work life balance. Gary Harris
Gary is OurTekGuy. He has managed all aspects of Information Technology, including helpdesk management, network management, design, installation, and configuration of on going maintenance of networked computer systems. While working with one of Florida’s largest law firm’s, Gary successfully managed upgrades of server infrastructures, desktop systems and Local Area Network and Wide Area Network. Major projects included Document Management system implementations, telephony system overhauls, remote access system implementation, network fax system installation and cost recovery system replacement. All technology aspects of firm growth through new office locations, existing office expansions and relocations were managed by Gary. His expertise also includes data center implementation and relocation, infrastructure cabling, telephony management, security systems and conference center technologies.
Gary has been in the legal IT field for over 17 years. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with B.A. degree in Computer Science. He is the former President of the Orlando chapter of the Storage Network User Group (SNUG) and is the President for the Central Florida Information Technology Society (CFITS).
