Adriana Linares is a legal technology trainer and consultant with LawTech Partners, a professional services firm specializing in the legal industry. The firm's services include legal technology consulting and law office software training. Using her practical and personal approach to learning she helps legal professionals maximize their technology skills and investments.
Having spent her formidable career-years at two of Florida’s largest law firms, Adriana went on the open LawTech Partners in 2004 and has recently launched “Help Desk for Lawyers” – a remote training and support service focused on solo and small firms. She is a frequent speaker at national technology conferences and a regular contributor to legal blogs and publications. She spent four years on the Planning Board of the ABA TECHSHOW, two years as an editor for Technolawyer's Blawgworld and in 2013 was named as one of the Fastcase Top 50 Global Legal Innovators.
Today she serves as a technology consultant to the Florida Bar Communications Committee. She is Chair of the Research & Technology Subcommittee of the Law Practice Division of the ABA, and serves on the advisory board for the Center for Law Practice Technology. Adriana has a Bachelors in Geography from Stetson University, a Masters in Corporate Communication and Technology from Rollins, and speaks fluent Spanish.

Allan Mackenzie is a 25-year veteran of the legal technology world. His experience ranges from that of a former night-shift word processor to a Wall Street IT Director with a specialty in litigation technology. Known for his “known-nonsense to no-nonsense” approach to practice management and technology, Allan has acted as architect and implementer of successful strategies that win the hearts and minds of management, financial and technology leaders. Regardless of his hat - IT Director, Consultant, Desktop Architect, Lecturer or Trainer - Allan has been able to successfully gage and bridge gaps between legal and technology factions and create holistic solutions that move firms forward whether 6 or 600 strong.
Both formal education and the school of hard knocks have brought Allan back to the world of consulting. As a former legal word processor he knows firsthand the user experience of work product. As a Microsoft Support Analyst and Worldwide Training Lead, he is steeped in the technological ins and outs of PC and server architecture, Active Directory and Application Customization. As a certified ProLaw® and TimeMatters® consultant, he “speaks database.” As IT Director and Consultant he has overseen and implemented conversions of email, document management, telephony and accounting platforms (right down to the chart of accounts). As an IT Director, he has led the charge in multiple-year litigation with discovery volumes measured in terabytes. As end-user trainer, he has demystified Word Styles and the mouse’s right-click.
