Our training room is available for rent to small groups. The LawTech Training Room is centrally located in Winter Park, Florida. The conference room can accommodate up to 10 attendees and a presenter. The workstations can be configured for any need - classroom, boardroom, square or individual stations. The room offers high-speed wireless access, a projector and podium.

Standard Rates for Basic Room Rental

(Half day / Hull day):

● One Day Only: $500 / $800

● 2-5+ Days: $400 / $700

Basic room rental includes:

● Up to 10 individual desks and tables (configurable to meet your needs)

● Projector

● Internet Access (via secure Wifi)

Additional Options

● Standard computer set up: $50/day each

● Customized computer set up: $75/day each

● Coffee, Water, Refreshments and Snacks: $25/day

Hours

The conference room hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. After 6:00 p.m., access to the room will be restricted to those individuals who have access keys and arrangements must be made in advance.

Restroom Facilities

Located just off of the lobby. The restrooms are shared with other building tenants. As a courtesy to others, please remember to keep the common restrooms neat.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are permitted up to 48 business hours prior to the reservation. Due to financial obligations incurred by LawTech Partners, cancellations under 48 business hours will be billed at the prevailing cancellation rates.
